D. Ray James Correctional Institution is a private Folkston, Charlton County, Georgia private prison. It is owned and operated by the GEO Group under contract with the Federal Bureau of Prisons and the U.S. Marshals Service.

The D. Ray James Correctional Facility opened in 1998 for Georgia state inmates. In January 2010, the government expanded it and specifically designed it to accommodate adult males sentenced by the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP).
